Suki was walking along holding hands with Lee. "Uh, Lee?"
"Yes?"
"You know how in ther Sadie Hawkins Dances, the girls ask the guys?"
"Yes?"
"I have something to ask you."
"I've been meaning to ask you something too."
"Y-You go first."
"Will you marry me?"
Suki's eyes widened. She let go of Lee's hand. Tears poured out of her eyes. Lee hugged her, pleading, "What's wrong?! Was it something I said?"
"N-No! I...That was what I was going to ask you!" Suki sobbed on his shoulder, hugging him back. "I will!! I'll marry you!!"

Suddenly Akemi, Brian, and Christmas Eve heard a "mew"-ing at the door. Something cat-like was scratching to be let in...

Akemi rolled her eyes and went to get the door. SHe opened it and saw a ginger and white kitten. "Hey, little buddy, what's up?"

Brye meowed and coked her head.
"Who is that?" Christmas came over and smiled at the sweet little kitten. "Aww."
"I never been much of a cat person," said Brian.
Suddenly, from upstairs, Shika called, "Akemi! I heard the door open! Who is it?"

Suki ran to Emiko's house, glancing at the ring on her finger every few seconds. She knocked on the door. "EMIKO!! Answer it, please!!" But when the door opened, it was not Emiko who stood in the doorway...

...it was Lumiere. "Bonjour, Suki-kun. Are you looking for Emiko?" Suddenly he raised his eyebrows. "Or are you here to see... moi? Oh, ho!" He did that flirty gesture thing.

Inside Emiko's house...
"Waitaminute, where did Brian go?" Emiko looked around, growing increasingly scared. "Bryyyeyeee! BRYE?! Where are you...?"

SUki shook her head furiously. "I'm here because I need to tell Emiko-chan something!" She blushed and asked, "May I come in? Please?"

Lumiere grabbed her hand and kissed it. "Yes, mon cherie, I will get her for you. EMIKO!"
Emiko came to the door, looking panic-stricken. "Lumiere! Oh, hi Suki... I can't find Brye anywhere!"

"Familiar? Hmm." Shikamaru looked at Brye for a minute. "I think I've seen her around Konoha before."
"She rook rike Blian!" Christmas Eve laughed.
Brian scoffed. "It does NOT."

Suki hugged her friend. "We'll search for her after I tell you this, okay? I'm....I'm engaged to be married to Lee!" She beamed. "Would you be my maid of honor?"

Emiko blinked. "Oh, Suki, that's wonderful!" she gushed. "Of course I'll be your maid of honor!"
Lumiere blushed slightly. "Oh. You are engaged, yes. Uh... well, Emi-kun and I are going out anyway."
Emiko wrinkled her nose. "You idiot. That was a lie to throw off Christmas Eve. Brian's staying here," she informed Suki, "the man, not the cat."

Suki smiled and hugged her again. "Thank you! I have a feeling Lee is going to ask Neji or Naruto to be his best man. I'm going to ask Akemi to be my first bridesmaid. I'm so happy! Now let's go search for Brye-kun." She grabbed her friend's hand and ran out of the room to go to Akemi's house. She knocked on the door.
