Lumi laughed along with her. "What is so funny?" Then he looked down at his frilly, old-fashioned outfit compared to Akemi's moderesque ninja clothes. He flushed. "Oh. That. Ah-heh. But... our swimming clothes are the same, no?" Finished undressing, he jumped into the water with a loud splash. "Come on in, Ke-kun!"

Akemi finished undressing and dove in, going as far down as she could before coming back up to breathe. She swam over to Lumi and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Yeah." She kissed him lightly, teasing him by not giving him her all. ((11:00 is good, and you can stay as long as you want!!  !!)) |

Lumi smirked. "Oh, you always played hard-to-get with me, madamoiselle. But I know you love it..." He kissed her deeper, his arms not around her neck as so he could still use them to paddle.
((actually I just asked my mom and she said I could come over at like 12... and I can go home whenever.))

Akemi kissed him back. "Yeah, I love it." She smirked and poured her passion out. Shikamaru had never been like this with her, although she didn't even care. She wanted to forget everything except what was happening right now. She wanted to forget she was being a horrible wife, she wanted to forget how much she hated life, she wanted to forget her friends, family, everything. Everything but Lumi. She pulled away and sighed, "This is almost like getting high, come to think of it." She performed a jutsu that allowed them to keep floating on the surface despite the fact that they would usually pull each other down. "You can stop paddling, you'll still float..." She looked at the sky. "Yeah, almost like getting high."
((I think Akemi has really developed as a character! I had no idea she'd be the type to get high tho'....o.O))

But then he heard Akemi's last words. "What is almost like getting high, my sweet?" *My girlfriend is not a drug addict... is she?! She was not four years ago, but people change... Akemi nodded. "Yeah, Shika used to reprimand me and stuff for writing suicide poems. It got kind of annoying after a while, so I just stopped writing them altogether." She smiled and lay her head on his shoulder.

Akemi shrugged. "Well, it was probably because he knew I was basically on the brink of really doing it, so he made me stop. Anyway, I write ballads about judgement day and hell and revenge after death and stuff now. I'm really interested in novels with occult and horror and vampires and stuff like that. Gothic stories, you know?" She looked up at him, smiling.
