Powers: She has a bit of a low strength level (about 900). She can fly and go through walls, like Sparky can.
Flaws: She isn't very powerful and can get hurt easily in battle

Appearance: She has a Sparky-like body. She has dark pink fur with a light pink stomach. She has blood red ears, nose, and markings. She has dark green eyes.
Personality: She is very friendly but is also very shy. She is very sweet once you get to know her, though.
Other Facts:
- Her coloring is based on the chart usually found at the bottom of a radar picture: i152.photobucket.com/albums/s174/Vetrina271/Miscellanious/RadarChart.png (the colors I used for her are outlined in blue)
- She was named because of two things: (1) because of her coloring, and (2) because she relies on rain the most when she gathers data
