Okay, here goes!!
One rainy day in New York City, two 24-year-old girls were handing out flyers. "Hey, uh, come audition for Fiddler On The Roof," the first one said. She was a short girl, with shoulder-length brown hair and blonde streaks in the front, parted nicely to the side. She saw a street sign and pointed down the road. "Hey, Bodie, how about here? Avenue Q," she mused, tapping her chin as she smirked. "It reeks of musical talent." She grinned. "Positively REEKS."

"Okay, sure!" Bodie beamed. The two friends set off for Avenue Q in search of new talent...
Suddenly they heard a loud crash, and someone scream, "NOT AGAIN!"
"Well, YOU kicked it!"
"Yeah, but the beer bottle was YOUR idea!"

The young woman's grin widened. "Yep, talent. This is awesome!" She hugged Bodie. "I LOVE this place!" She tossed her hair out of her face and smirked. "So, gonna come with me to say hi, Bodes?"

A round-faced, green-skinned man in a sweatshirt and baggy jeans approached them embarrassedly. "H-hi... um... did you just hear...?"
A taller, pudgier, normal-skinned man blinked. "I think they did, Nick."
"Oh, god."

Nick, normally called Nicky, beamed. "Hear that, Brian? We've got voice!"
Brian blinked again. "Is that... a good thing?"
"I dunno, but it sounded like a compliment!"
Brian smiled warmly at the newcomers. "Hey, this is Nicky, and I'm Brian."
"H-hi." Bodie blushed as she shook Brian's hand. "I'm Bodie, and this is..."

"I'm Christie, but you can call me Crystal. Or Chris." Christie smiled, winking again. She extended her hand and shook Nicky's hand, then Brian's.

Christie looked at her friend. "Oh, you're just bein' SHY, Bodes. Snap out of it!" She slapped Bodie on the back. "Loosen up!" She turned to Brian and Nicky. "Yeah, we're putting on Fiddler On The Roof. You guys can really project your voices, and it seems like you'd be great singers!" She smirked. "Wanna audition?"

"Okay!" said Nicky.
"Yay!" Bodie gave Brian a hug. "Thanks!"
Brian looked slightly surprised. Nicky wondered why she'd hugged Brian if he'd said he'd audition too.
