Breeze shook her head and tried to think of a way to explain. "No, you don't really fly. It's like... when you fall in love, you feel like you're flying. You feel like... like there's no one you'd rather be with, nothing you'd rather do." Breeze looked at Marsha curiously. "Do you know what love is?"

Breeze's face grew very red and she fiddled with her fingers as she tried to explain. "Well, the simplest definition of love is when one... creature... feels they can't live without other one," she began. "Normally people who love each other really like being together and love each other's company... though sometimes they fight, I guess... some couples don't seem to enjoy each other at ALL... and then when they really, really love each other they--"
Breeze stood up abruptly just then, her face the color of the brighest fire hydrant in the world. "Allrightenoughaboutlovewe'redonehereanywaylet'sgoshallwe?"

Marsha raised an eyebrow. That didn't really explain anything...
Maybe love is like some sort of disease. Marsha thought. Because Breeze looks like she's got a fever.
Um...ok." she was still confused about it all,but her curiosity about the world was greater than her puzzlement,so she went along with what Breeze suggested.

Breeze made conversation about the weather and the nature around them as she led Marsha down the pathway. Her face was still quite red.

Breeze shook her head like mad, her ears flapping back and forth against the sides of her face. "N-no! I'm fine! Really!" She tried to smile carelessly at Marsha, but it didn't come off looking the way she'd planned it.

Breeze started ticking off places on her fingers. "Well, we could walk around town a bit and meet some of your other cousins, and there's a woods near here we could explore, uh, we could go to Lilo and Stitch's house, there's the airport..."

Breeze smiled and tried to be understanding. She kept forgetting how little Marsha knew. "It's the place where airplanes land and take off," she explained patiently. "Do you know what planes are?"

"Yep!" said Breeze. "People go to the airport to get on a plane and fly somewhere." Breeze shrugged. "I think it'd be more efficient if everyone could just turn themselves into the wind though. Works fine for me, anyway."
