"Oh, I am?" mused Ito. "How do you know the sign isn't lying? Maybe the building was lonely so it persuaded the sign to lie for it. You know, in the hope of getting people to come here thinking it's NYU."

"Here you go," said the woman cheerily. "Hope you make it in!" She rummaged around the space under her desk for a minute, then pulled out a huge stack of forms. "Here they are... should be pretty self-explainatory." She handed them to Suki with a grin.

"Yep!" said the woman, still beaming. When she moved, Suki could see that her nametag read "Betty Crocker--Paris, France."

Suki would've headdesked, but the papers would've gone everywhere. She managed to get the papers into a bag, and then screamed, "ITO HAN! COME BACK HERE!"
